An-Nu`man ibn Bashir, radhiallahu `anhu, narrated that he heard the Prophet, sallallahu `alaihi wa sallam say:
Muslim narrated in his Sahih:
“The least torture in the Hell on the Day of Judgment is that of a man whose foot sole is laid on a live coal which causes his brain to boil just like a boiler.” [Bukhari and Muslim]
Muslim narrated in his Sahih:
“He does not think that any other person is tortured more severely than him although he is in the least torture.”[Muslim]Abil Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying:
The fire which sons of Adam burn is only one-seventieth part of the Fire of Hell. His Companions said: By Allah, even ordinary fire would have been enough (to burn people). Thereupon he said: It is sixty-nine parts in excess of (the heat of) fire in this world each of them being equivalent to their heat. [Muslim]Narrated by Abu Huraira, Allah's Apostle said,
"The (Hell) Fire is surrounded by all kinds of desires and passions, while Paradise is surrounded by all kinds of disliked undesirable things." [Bukhari]Narrated by Abu Huraira, Allah's Apostle said,
"If you knew that which I know, you would laugh little and weep much." [Bukhari]
